Scan-Vibro is experienced in working with milk powder in many forms.
Powders such as ASMP (Agglomerated Skim Milk Powder), ISMP (Instant Skim Milk Powder), SMP (Skim Milk Powder), IWMP (Instant Whole Milk Powder), AWMP (Agglomerated Whole Milk Powder), WMP (Whole Milk Powder), WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate), lactose, cream powder and MPC (Milk Powder Concentrate) are all familiar to us.

High sanitary equipment is always used for these applications and we supply equipment that meet all of the relevant standards, e.g. USDA 3A and NZFSA (NZCP6). Aside from these, we work with our own standards called Grade 2 and Grade 3, which meet the strictest requirements by manufacturers.

Equipment is made of a range of stainless steel qualities, e.g. AISI 304 and 316.

The primary equipment used is high capacity sifters (type SRS) and high capacity conveyors (type TRS and TRS-R), and furthermore Scan-Vibro is able to  combine the primary process with an additional process such as cooling/drying (conveyor type TRK).
